Communicator™

Communicator™ is what many call a virtual assistant. It is a completely automated answering service capable of directing all of your incoming calls and faxes. The Communicator might also be called a virtual PBX. It can manage up to 1000 extensions; provide call transfer, call screening and conferencing.

Call Management

• One Number Access: The Communicator features a single number for all your communications needs. One number that provides callers access to you according to your wishes; One number that provides you access to voice mail, fax mail and email; One number that provides you access to conferencing and long-distance services.
• Find Me/Follow Me: The Communicator will forward your calls to any telephone number you want to be reached, 24 hours a day anywhere on Earth. If you're not sure which number you'll be at The Communicator can call all the numbers you've listed at the same time. And, if you're sure you don't want to be disturbed, The Communicator will forward all calls to voice mail.
• On Hold Music/Announcements: The Communicator provides you the capability to customize on hold music and announcements. Since all Communicator audio files are stored as Microsoft Wave forms you can easily record and upload your own customized music and announcements.
• Customed Greetings: Just like music and announcements, The Communicator provides the capability of recording greetings off-line or through her telephone IVR. Further, once saved, you can easily select which greetings you want to use.
• Call Screening: Before tracking you down, The Communicator will request the name of the caller. When it finds you it will announce the caller's name giving you the opportunity to accept the call or send it to voice mail.
• Fax On Demand: The Communicator can store up to 1000 Tagged Image Format Files (TIFFs) that can be downloaded by your customers.
• Voice On Demand: The Communicator can store up to 1000 Wave forms (wav files) that can be played to your customers on demand.

Message Management

• Voice Mail: The Communicator is voice mail on steroids! Not only will it take each message with date and time:
• Automatic Call Return It'll store the ANI of the caller so you can simply press one button to return the call.
• Forward It can forward all your messages to your email.
• Permanent It can permanently save your messages for future use. (perhaps for a voice broadcast or voice on demand).
• Notifications Communicator™ can notify you of a message waiting by: email; pager; mobile phone text message; stutter tone; and SIP message waiting indicator.
• Fax Mail: Just like voice mail, Communicator™ will happily accept all your faxes and:
• Forward At your command, it can forward the fax to your fax machine or any fax machine in the world. It can also forward the message to your email.
• Permanent It can permanently save the fax for future use (perhaps for a fax broadcast or fax-on-demand).
• Notifications Communicator™ can notify you of a fax message waiting by: email; pager; and mobile phone text message
• WWW: The Communicator is well equipped. From any browser connected to the Internet you can access your voice mail, and fax mail, administer your account, launch broadcasts, upload greetings, review your call history and much more!
