  How sending a vFax works:

  
  
  
  1. Open your existing e-mail account and click new message.
  2. In the To... address field, enter the 10 digit fax number you wish to send a fax to@claritytel.com.
  3. Example- 6783032751@claritytel.com.
  4. Attach a document or scanned file from your computer.
  5. The typed body of the e-mail will be your cover page
  6. Hit send to start the transmission.
  7. You will receive an e-mail confirmation your message is in queue.
  8. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of a successful transmission with your sent fax attached in a .PDF format for future reference and storage.
